Thank you for shopping with Natrizq. We aim to provide pure, natural, and high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Return
   To be eligible for a return, the product must:

* Be received in damaged or defective condition, or
* Be incorrect (wrong item sent)

We do not accept returns for:

* Used, opened, or unsealed products
* Products damaged due to customer mishandling
* Change of mind after delivery

2. Timeframe for Claims
   You must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
   Claims reported after 48 hours may not be accepted.

3. Proof Required
   To process your return or refund request, please share:

* Order number
* Clear photos or video of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
* Packaging photos (optional but helpful)

4. Refund or Replacement
   After reviewing your claim, we may offer one of the following:

* A replacement product
* A full refund
* A partial refund (if applicable)

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Products
   For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

* Opened or used honey
* Consumed or opened dry nuts
* Opened Shilajit containers
* Products without proper complaint proof
* Items bought on sale (unless defective)

6. Exchange Policy
   We currently do not offer exchanges unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged.

7. Order Cancellation
   Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
   Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

8. Delivery Issues
   If your order is lost in transit or does not arrive, we will investigate with the courier.
   After confirmation, we will issue a replacement or refund.
